Frequently asked questions
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes, we are flexible with your needs regarding how many images you would like to add or adjust for your package, please note they may be an added fee. However, you can secure a better savings if you adjust your image gallery numbers or formatting request upfront. Your fee maybe be higher after the project is completed for modifications to image gallery numbers and formatting. Especially retouching.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of California?
Our teams are currently available in Southern California, specifically Orange County. There is a travel fee for projects outside of Orange County. Our professionals are located in Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego Counties. Certain professionals are available to travel further for an added fee. Please speak with your coordinate to discuss more details and options.
Can I use my the photographs for marketing purposes?
Each package includes licensing rights to the images to use for marketing and social media purposes. If you wish to purchase the full rights of your images for advertising a separate add on package will need to be purchased. Please speak with your coordinate upfront.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
You will received you first gallery of images within 3 to 5 business days. Edited images and video within 7 to 10 business days. If you wish to put a rush on your images you can that to your package when you first book your session. Please let your coordinator know!
